Exclusive Ross Quick Freeze Technology produces very small ice crystals resulting in a smoother, creamier product. Match production to demand with the “hold product” mode refrigeration setting. Continuous-feed system provides high-speed production with a low overrun. Refrigerated, top-mounted hopper pans hold mix at a safe temperature for an extended period of time.
