Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our hours of operation are between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday. We are happy to schedule appointments after hours and during weekends when possible. Click here for more information.

Q: Do you inventory parts for Stoelting Soft Serve/Frozen Beverage machines and Perfect Fry Ventless/Hoodless Deep Fryers?
A: Yes we do! We have a large inventory of parts for Stoelting and Perfect Fry. We also carry parts for Server Dispensing Systems.

Q: How do you ship your Royale frozen beverage mix and FreezePoint® soft serve mixes? Are there minumum orders?
A: Yes and Yes. We ship small shipments by United Parcel Service(UPS) and for large quantities, by motor freight. Orders for Royale and FreezePoint® can be single case orders, but no partial cases. Shipment discounts available for all single orders of 200 lbs. or more.

Q: Do you have a service department? If my machine is outside the Phoenix, AZ metro area, how do I get service?
A: Yes we do. However, we only service Stoelting, Perfect Fry, Server, and Mainstreet Menu Boards. For areas outside Phoenix, please call us. We usually have a trained technician in your community that we can refer you to.

Q: What states do you cover for sales and service?
A: We cover the states of Arizona, New Mexico, and the city of El Paso, Texas. Our service department is limited to the Phoenix meto area. All other areas are serviced by a local service company.
